We realised that our archaic invoicing and stock control system was in need of a replacement and, having been disillusioned by the ‘out of the box’ solutions we had been offered, decided to commission Meridian Innovations to design and implement a bespoke software package that would encompass stock, suppliers, customers, orders etc. It also needed to have a full reporting function built in. We were consulted every step of the way and all information was put to us in a way we could understand it – we were not ‘bamboozled’ by tech-speak! The end result is a robust system which has reduced the amount of administration time within the office, thus enhancing the customer experience which in turn has boosted our profitability.
